Medical Billing RCM- Manager, Client Success Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings to review performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact for issue resolution.
• Facilitate and document internal and external meetings.
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and review internal and external reports.
• Analyze Client Success Metrics and present reports.
• Make process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business management for admin services.
• Manage client payor contract negotiations and renewals.
• Oversee clients’ quality program and compliance training.
• Assist with onboarding new client implementations.
• Mentor and grow assigned Client Advocacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and security regulations.
• Perform special projects and other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or healthcare preferred.
• 3-5 years in healthcare or revenue cycle management.
• Basic familiarity with medical billing and terminology.
• Strong knowledge of RCM, accounting, and finance.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook and RCM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
