Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an effective culture of performance within the MEH programme
- Hold different employers within the MEH Alliance accountable for their HR processes
- Support a culture of shared learning and collaboration between employers
- Ensure activities align with the Workforce Development Strategy and update regularly
- Act as ‘Intelligent Customer’ and client for the MEH Alliance HR function
- Play a crucial leadership role in ensuring contractors meet their obligations
Requirements
- Extensive experience in people management within a complex, unionized environment
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Expertise in change and strategic consulting, performance management, and people development
- Leadership in a matrix-managed organization and senior-level influence
- Strong relationship-building skills and resilience in a changing environment
- Experience in energy, construction, or nuclear industries preferred
- Experience in financial oversight and commercial procedures is desirable
