Member Escalations Team Lead Full Time

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team, handle performance management and HR tasks
• Manage team outcomes, monitor KPIs, conduct root-cause analysis
• Make volume-based decisions to best serve customers
• Lead team huddles, connect team to Oscar’s mission and values
• Drive engagement by creating an inclusive culture
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Identify and close gaps in operational workflows
• Work collaboratively to implement best practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in customer service or escalations environment
• Prior healthcare and/or insurance experience
• 2+ years direct people management experience
• 1+ years using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years working with teams in multiple locations
• 1+ years managing projects

Benefits

• Base pay: $64,400 – $71,400 (California, CT, NJ, NY, WA)
• Base pay: $48,960 – $64,260 (all other locations)
