Duties
- Be first point of contact for members by phone
- Support new members with account creation and intake
- Assist members with accessing integrated health platform
- Triaging callers to appropriate professionals
- Support case management activities for members
- Manage asynchronous administrative tasks related to care
- Contribute to service improvement with feedback
- Ensure patient safety in member-facing role
Requirements
- Customer or member service experience
- Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field (plus)
- Passion for member service and mental health
- Available to work 21-40 hours per week
- Excellent phone and chat communication skills
- Strong empathy and decision-making in fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Bilingual in French and English
