Responsibilities
- Maintain or exceed current trajectory for Accessories business, achieving 300+% revenue growth
- Expand Accessories assortment by adding 400 new SKUs, meeting quality, margin, and ethics standards
- Build and update a long-term Accessories product roadmap
- Design and build cross-functional and direct teams for long-term success
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail merchandising experience in Footwear and Accessories
- Experience leveraging market trends and data to anticipate customer needs
- Strong relationships with existing accessory suppliers
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office/ G Suite applications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
