Messaging Engineer Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Managing Exchange servers, databases, and connectors.
• Troubleshooting mail flow and mailbox permissions.
• Monitoring Exchange server performance and security.
• Supporting Skype for Business services.
• Managing user accounts and conferencing features.
• Integrating Skype with Exchange and tools.
• Providing Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES) support.
• Configuring Blackberry devices and services.
• Ensuring Blackberry integration with messaging platforms.
• Incident and problem management.
• Addressing security and compliance needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange.
• Familiarity with Blackberry Enterprise Server.
• Understanding of SMTP, IMAP, and POP.
• Experience with Skype for Business.
• Knowledge of email archiving solutions.
• Understanding Active Directory integration.
• Experience with VMware, NetApp SAN, and backups.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to automate BAU processes.
• Familiar with Fujitsu build standards.
• Strong team working skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
• Effective interpersonal communication.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
