Summary:

  • Ludia Consulting is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) Solution Architect.
  • This position is responsible for meeting customer requirements, ensuring project completion, and leading all aspects of delivery.
  • The candidate will support or lead customer-facing functional workshops, work with functional consultants and business analysts, collaborate with technical teams, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • The Solution Architect must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process analysis and provide clear and creative solutions.
  • Lead functional consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure expertly designed system architecture.
  • Maintain expertise in the functional side of D365 F&SCM software, its releases, and new features.
  • Support technical teams including interface, data, and development.
  • Collaborate with project and program managers to report on progress, risks, and issues.
  • Liaise with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
  • Adjust approaches and language to meet each interaction’s requirements.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations.
  • Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 FO/AX projects.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment preferred.
  • Extensive experience as a functional lead for either an AX or D365 F&O solution.
  • Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining a long-term vision during the implementation process.
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients at all levels within an organization.
