Middle Business Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities

• Gathering, summarizing, and processing information from the customer.
• Supporting customers in making the right decision while creating coherent requirements.
• Making research and analysis of obtained information.
• Presenting goals and core functionality of the project to the development team.
• Writing the functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories/use cases.
• Creating wireframes/sketches/diagrams/flow charts when necessary.

Requirements

• Understanding of web and mobile applications architecture and development flow.
• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation.
• Spoken English skills — Advanced level.
• Experience in interaction with customers and gathering requirements.
• Prototyping experience (low fidelity, experience in wireframing or sketching).
• Analytical capabilities and structural mindset.
