Responsibilities:
- Coordinate vehicle intake from B2B suppliers (dealers, car dealerships, groups, OEMs).
- Plan and organize vehicle evaluations to ensure smooth processes.
- Prepare evaluation appointments for nationwide mobile assessors.
- Manage vehicle intake for auction channels.
- Handle B2B partner inquiries and complaints, redirecting to relevant departments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Completed training in a technical or commercial field.
- Quick comprehension and a team-oriented, result-focused work style.
- Strong time management skills and customer focus.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the work and customer environment.
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
