Responsibilities:
- Stay current with the latest trends in machine learning, especially in image-generation techniques and large language models.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ML solutions for image generation and NLP.
- Collaborate with the development team to seamlessly integrate AI models into existing systems and user-facing applications.
- Experiment with novel architectures and methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and capabilities of AI solutions.
- Contribute to new features in image generation (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Flux) and conversational AI (e.g., chatbots).
- Produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of AI/ML experience, with a proven track record in machine learning and deep learning.
- Strong command of Python for research and production.
- Expertise in large language models (LLMs), including experience with training, fine-tuning, and optimizing models like GPT and LLaMA.
- Ability to solve NLP challenges using traditional ML and advanced LLM techniques.
- Skilled at integrating LLMs into diverse workflows, including fine-tuning and hosting.
- Familiar with retrieval augmentation techniques (RAG) and semantic vector search.
- Deep understanding of the image generation landscape, capable of evaluating and selecting different model architectures.
- Confident in training custom models for both image generation and text-based tasks from scratch.
- Expertise in prompt engineering to achieve top performance from various LLMs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to push AI boundaries and innovate.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
