NBS Technical Manager Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Lead carbon asset development for projects.
• Oversee preparation of Project Design Documentation.
• Provide peer review of PDDs and carbon models.
• Ensure performance and delivery of operational projects.
• Lead due diligence of carbon credit sourcing projects.
• Support project risk mitigation during financing.
• Contribute to best practices in carbon modelling.
• Keep up to date with carbon standards changes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in NBS project development.
• Degree or experience in relevant fields (e.g., forestry).
• Proven experience with Project Design Documents.
• Knowledge of carbon development processes.
• Experience with NBS pathways (including ARR).
• Familiar with project and carbon delivery challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and risk understanding.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
• Willing to travel internationally.
