Responsibilities:

• Manage financial, commercial, and administrative activities at Sandline Germany GmbH in close cooperation with the management team.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping (accounts payable and receivable) and prepare financial reports in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements.
• Take responsibility for and operate in general office management, serving as a point of contact for related areas such as HR management.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure company performance.
• Represent the company to internal stakeholders such as management and external partners like banks, auditors, and tax consultants.
• Support the management team in strategic planning and the development of long-term company strategies and goals.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and business development initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the team and assist with employee well-being needs.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of relevant professional experience in related positions.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes with a precise, proactive approach, ideal for a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with standard accounting software and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
