Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase sales and profitability on major retail ecommerce platforms (e.g., The Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe’s, Tractor Supply, Costco).
- Optimize online content through SEO, keyword management, and conversion optimization.
- Maximize revenue potential during key promotional and seasonal events.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and finance teams to drive growth from new products, promotions, and programs.
- Ensure seamless operations in collaboration with customer service, order management, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
- Stay up to date with retail policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on retail.com platforms to meet Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) targets and other KPIs.
- Monitor budgets and work with third-party partners to improve ROI/ROAS.
- Track campaign performance and KPIs to assess and improve results.
- Compile and maintain competitive data on online pricing, promotions, and high-value events.
Requirements:
- Experience managing PDPs, brand stores/shelves, and campaigns across retail platforms.
- Expertise in managing a large catalog of SKUs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comprehensive understanding of ad auction, general advertising ecosystems, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives.
- Experience with Salsify, Bazaarvoice, Price Spider, and/or other martech tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a retail omnichannel ecommerce manager.
