Onboarding Specialist Full Time

Responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding programs for remote and in-person settings
• Facilitate onboarding sessions, including orientation and training
• Evaluate and improve onboarding processes based on feedback
• Coordinate onboarding logistics with HR, IT, and departmental teams
• Promote company culture and values during the onboarding process
• Provide ongoing support and resources to new hires
• Collaborate with managers to ensure smooth team integration
• Conduct internal business learning sessions for new hires

Requirements

• Lives in Mexico City
• Experience in developing onboarding programs for various settings
• Previous experience in high-paced startup environments
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and onboarding software
• Analytical skills for data collection and interpretation
• Commitment to DE&I principles and practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Desired experience in the cryptocurrency industry
