Onboarding Success Manager (Americas) at Oyster HR Full Time

Responsibilities

• Guide and support Customers and Team Members through onboarding journey
• Provide explanatory documentation and answer ad-hoc questions
• Organize meetings with Customers and Team Members
• Manage custom requests and escalations during onboarding
• Lead Right To Work checks and contract customization operations
• Create and update onboarding process documentation
• Follow team processes and best practices
• Ensure accurate information capture and processing
• Maintain customer self-service tools and internal knowledge sources
• Keep up with Product releases and global employment regulation changes
• Complete ongoing upskilling to meet agreed KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in HR or customer-facing role for HR SaaS platform
• Customer-first mentality and experience in scheduling meetings
• Experience in managing customer escalations and improving satisfaction metrics
• Experience following and improving team processes
• First-class attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and working autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal skills, determination, and sense of humor
• Remote-first advocate and passionate about creating change in work landscape
