Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide the OSPOs in all open-source activities.
- Enhance awareness of UNDP’s policy on open source.
- Lead and support colleagues in the two host countries.
- Work collaboratively with digital innovation teams.
- Contribute to knowledge management in affiliate countries.
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary for the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in open-source initiatives.
- Knowledge of agile frameworks, DevOps culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork experience.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience working with governments and partners.
