Operating Partner Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Advising and coaching management teams.
• Analyzing challenges to identify areas for improvement.
• Creating strategies to increase profits and cash flow.
• Monitoring performance through KPIs and financial metrics.
• Facilitating value creation for portfolio companies.
• Supporting growth with planning and forecasting.
• Building consistent and simple reporting structures.
• Providing leadership across the organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years managing direct and/or indirect reports.
• Strong knowledge in operations and business planning.
• Expertise in market research and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Results-oriented with strong adaptability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to protect confidential information.
• Willingness to travel and be away from home as needed.
• Experience managing external relations and partnerships.
