Operational Excellence Manager – Black Belt Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of capacity analysis initiatives
• Analyze workload data, process cycle times, and productivity metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align capacity analysis with goals and SLAs
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Lead and mentor teams in Lean tools and Kaizen events
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions
• Implement strategies to boost productivity and create cost-saving projects
• Manage cross-functional teams in strategic projects for efficiency
• Provide guidance on capacity management and process optimization
• Lead change management efforts and communicate with stakeholders
• Develop and deliver training programs on new processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Minimum 5-10 years experience in a business environment
• Demonstrated leadership and global experience in Lean Six Sigma
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Lean tools, process mapping, and root cause analysis
