Operational Service Administrator at Co-op Full Time
Responsibilities
- Answer client calls and queries, providing support and guidance
- Work with the team to meet client needs, service levels, and metrics
- Co-ordinate and arrange aspects of a funeral and/or repatriation
- Carry out general administrative tasks (e.g., completing forms, updating records)
Requirements
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Good relationship-building skills and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexibly to support clients
- Good IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office and telephone systems)
