Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain operational processes for efficiency
- Ensure tasks and projects are progressing by following up with team members
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients
- Manage and coordinate calendar bookings for meetings and events
- Oversee and manage email and calendar activities for timely responses
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to support networking and business development
Requirements
- Prior experience working in the US market
- Go High Level Software experience
- Minimum 3 years as an operations assistant or related positions
- C1 level of English both written and verbal
- Strong ability to self-document processes and drive improvements
- Independent worker with minimal supervision
- Effective communicator using Slack and Loom
