Operations Lead Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end operations for all our clients.
• Manage the Back Office operations team and set OKRs.
• Coordinate with clients and internal BMAT teams.
• Understand and adapt processes to market needs.
• Enforce QA procedures and critically analyze deliveries.
• Understand revenue streams in CMO processes.
• Comprehend different sources and their authoritativeness.
• Understand multi-territorial digital licensing.
• Collaborate with Rights & Royalties teams for alignment.

Requirements:

• Based in Barcelona or nearby timezone.
• 3+ years in a CMO or music publisher role.
• Familiarity with CISAC standards and business rules.
• Knowledge of CMO operations and member relationships.
• Experience as a project manager or technical account manager.
• Proficient with data tools like spreadsheets and databases.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Passion for music and the music industry.
