Summary:

The Operations Specialist, Remote Assistance role at DoorDash Labs in Mexico City supports autonomous robot operations for last-mile logistics. Responsibilities:

• Operate & Assist: Use remote assistance software to support autonomous robots navigating public roads.
• Monitor & Report: Identify and document technical or operational issues, escalating them as needed.
• Communicate & Collaborate: Work closely with shift leads and engineering teams to improve system performance.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and U.S. road laws and handle public interactions professionally.
• Adapt & Improve: Quickly adjust to software updates, new workflows, and process changes while providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license.
• Language & Communication: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken) for effective communication and documentation.
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency, including navigating applications and web-based tools.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable working on a computer for extended hours.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Calendar).
