Operations Support Manager | Hybrid Full Time

Description:

• Manage and coordinate Billable Works (Projects) programmes.
• Act as point of contact for all projects delivered through Billable Works teams.
• Manage the diary of the Head of Billable Works.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Monitor and report on the physical and financial progress of BW Projects.
• Coordinate and adjust work plans and budgets to meet MoD requirements.
• Produce performance and financial outcome reports for Senior Management Team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Lead Administrator.
• Experience in managing complex Project Management Programs.
• Experience in stakeholder management, cost management, and work prioritization.
• Strong IT skills, including Excel V-Lookup and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Maximo applications.
• Experience with diary management and minute taking.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be located in Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire.
• UK driving license required.
• Must be able to pass SC Clearance.
