Organizational Design Leader at Sprinto Full Time

Responsibilities

• Diagnose organizational needs and uncover effectiveness challenges
• Design and implement tailored OD interventions aligned with goals
• Lead change management and guide teams through transitions
• Forge relationships with senior leaders and gain support for OD initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and refining strategies
• Research and stay updated on OD industry trends and best practices
• Manage multiple projects with precision, ensuring timelines are met

Requirements

• 8-10 years in OD or related roles, with 3+ years in leading OD interventions
• Expertise in performance management, employee relations, and L&D
• Proficiency in designing and implementing OD interventions
• Strong analytical skills, including dashboard creation and data interpretation
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and conflict management skills
• Ability to work remotely, fostering collaboration and strong connections
• Ability to inspire, influence, and foster a dynamic work environment
• Proactive approach to learning, adapting, and continuous improvement
