Responsibilities
- Develop new trades and seek new clients with existing network
- Build client network, covering the Asia-Pacific region
- Handle high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients in Chinese communities
- Manage OTC trades, including fiat and large transactions
- Provide customized trading strategies and collaborate with internal team
- Ensure seamless trade execution and settlement
- Implement marketing activities and attract new clients
- Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements
- Existing client network supporting fund flows and large trades
- At least 3 years of sales experience in payment/financial/OTC industry
- Deep understanding of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Native Chinese speaker with English for daily communication
