Outbound Call Center Rep – Remote Full Time

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an auto dialer
• Follow 20+ approved scripts and handle rebuttals professionally
• Maintain a positive, professional, and high-energy approach
• Meet daily goals in office or remote environment
• Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
• Monitor performance results using designated reporting systems
• Report member complaints and escalations to Member Engagement Managers
• Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed
• Follow HIPAA and security guidelines for handling protected health information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required
• Previous outbound call center experience preferred
• Desire to work in a results-oriented outbound call center environment
• Persuasive with good communication skills
• Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule
• Strong computer skills and multitasking ability
• Proficiency in English
