Responsibilities:
- Work in a growing, fast-paced industry to guide families on their search for senior living communities, while working remotely from home.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with families throughout their search process, providing referrals, scheduling tours, and offering additional support during the decision-making process.
- Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
- Ensure no cold calls are made in this role.
Requirements:
- Prior phone sales and remote work experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask, such as talking on the phone and taking notes on the computer.
- Ability to manage a large lead base through intensive follow-up.
- No senior living industry experience required.
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $48,000 ($23.07 per hour).
- On Target Earnings: $68,323+ (Uncapped).
