Summary:
- Webafrica is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent for a commission-based, 12-month contract role.
- The position is fully remote and requires hunting for new leads, cold canvassing, and engaging with new customers.

Responsibilities:
- Hunt for leads, cold canvas, and engage with new customers.
- Farm leads from the existing database.
- Conduct consultations to determine the best product to meet client needs.
- Provide excellent after-sales service, fostering customer satisfaction and future upsell opportunities.
- Manage and report on individual sales targets.
- Ensure the sales process is managed efficiently through pipeline skills.
- Maintain a consultative approach, matching customer needs with product offerings.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 2 – 3 years telesales experience, preferably in an outbound role.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Strong understanding of cold canvassing, closing sales, targeting, tracking, and measuring sales.
- Ability to manage the sales process and pipeline effectively.
- Preference given to applicants with fibre network coverage knowledge.
- Ideal candidates will have 2 – 3 years of face-to-face sales experience, ICT industry exposure, and account management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer-focused, self-motivated, and disciplined.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
