Outbound Sales Development Representative, Central Eastern Europe (CEE) – CM Full Time

Responsibilities

• Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
• Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives
• Communicate Remote’s value propositions and assess fit
• Support Account Executive team as needed
• Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
• Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
• Cold call into prospects generated by various sources
• Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions

Requirements

• Proven business development success with core sales tools knowledge
• Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
• Skilled in negotiation and persuasive selling
• Exceptional communication, listening skills, and phone presence
• Strategic thinking with a positive attitude under pressure
• Self-starter with a proactive approach and new ideas
• Fluent in English
• Remote work experience is a plus but not required
