Outbound Sales Manager – APAC (f/m/d) Full Time

Summary:

  • Cropster GmbH is building market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for businesses throughout the coffee supply chain.
  • The role focuses on driving sales across all Cropster product lines, including Cropster Cafe, within the APAC region.
  • The Outbound Sales Manager will actively engage with cafes, roasteries, and wholesale businesses to generate leads, build relationships, and convert them into long-term partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the APAC region.
  • Actively research the market for leads, decision-makers, and partners.
  • Engage in outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, attending industry events, and visiting prospects.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to identify and activate potential customers, focusing on high annual contract value (ACV) key accounts.
  • Assess customer needs, negotiate contracts, and schedule onboarding plans.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Hubspot to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-up.
  • Represent Cropster at industry events and through direct client interactions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Account Managers, and Product Management teams to align strategies and share customer feedback.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the B2B software or specialty coffee industry.
  • A deep understanding of the specialty coffee market and its unique challenges.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage a demanding sales pipeline.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese), and ideally another language.
