Summary:
- The Paid Growth Assistant will support advertising operations across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, including metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROI.
- Prepare reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, ensuring they align with campaign goals and platform guidelines.
- Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize ad performance and user engagement.
- Identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Work with platform support teams as needed to address technical problems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to ad operations, including budget tracking, invoicing, and campaign documentation.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a media buying role.
- Proficiency in Meta, Google, and TikTok paid advertising channels.
- Knowledge in analytics tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET).
