Responsibilities:
- Design and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to drive installs and subscriptions.
- Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations to improve performance and scale.
- Collaborate with the in-house team and freelancers to create compelling ad creatives and craft A/B test variations.
- Identify new acquisition opportunities, test emerging platforms, and refine strategies to enhance paid media efforts.
- Plan, allocate, and track the marketing budget to align with company goals.
- Stay updated on trends in the weight loss and health tech industry to inform strategy and creative decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, or a business-related field preferred.
- Strong command of English, with German or Russian being a plus.
- Proven experience in managing paid user acquisition campaigns in a B2C digital environment, preferably in the app or health tech sector.
- Deep knowledge of paid acquisition platforms, including campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and test ad concepts that resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
