Phoenix Dental Agency, a division of Productive Dentist Academy, seeks a Part-Time Project Manager for 25 hours weekly to oversee dental marketing projects remotely. The agency focuses on growing dental practices and building beloved brands with a supportive, fun team that values clarity and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Review requests and clarify missing info.
• Set up projects using templates, proper naming, and the right teams.
• Keep the system tight, clean, and correct.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress.
• Communicate across teams to unblock bottlenecks.
• Audit systems, update templates, and clean house as needed.
• Make quick, accurate updates so nothing stalls.
• Lead fast-paced, focused team check-ins on Zoom.
• Bring energy, ask smart questions, and keep things on track.
• Track notes, follow up, and move projects forward.
• Review team workload and capacity.
• Adjust as needed for PTO, deadlines, or shifting priorities.
• Keep templates accurate and useful.
• Implement new processes as they roll out.

Requirements:

• Can’t not fix a broken link, off-brand filename, or missing task step.
• Have an uncanny ability to notice what’s missing—and get it handled.
• Confident, clear, and speak up when something needs to change.
• Bring energy and know how to keep things moving without being a drill sergeant.
• Have used Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com—or tech-savvy enough to learn fast.
• Care more about doing great work than showing off your résumé.
