Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, presentations, and social media using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
  • Build and execute email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Design PowerPoint decks for client proposals and internal reports.
  • Write engaging copy for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and ads.
  • Track and report on marketing performance to optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate on website updates and implement basic SEO best practices.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and content creation.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and proficiency.
  • Experience designing for the legal or professional services industry is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing practices and the ability to design for both print and digital media.
