Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners in alignment with company objectives.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize value and mutual success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to support partner initiatives.
- Provide training, enablement, and support to partners for successful integration and implementation of Solink solutions.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partner strategy.
- Ability to drive both strategy and execution within a small team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner/channel management or business development, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including resellers, integrations, and VAR or Services.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partner programs and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze partner performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
