Responsibilities
- Roll out partner products into our sales channel
- Balance partner needs with internal stakeholder needs
- Facilitate and run trainings on partner products for the sales team
- Act as the partner account manager and manage business relationships
- Enable sales reps and managers to hit their goals
- Gain insights into customer needs and prioritize partners
- Implement new processes, tools, and approaches for the program
- Evaluate partner portfolio and create go-to-market plans
- Support partner experience, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare and present reports and analyses on business performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Exhibits a “sense of urgency” for executing program requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Excel and other analytical tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Experience in a software/technology environment
- Proven ability to lead and execute cross-disciplinary projects
