As Partner Marketing Manager:in, you will work in a cross-functional role collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Strategy teams.
You are responsible for our partner communication channels, external events, and upselling campaigns.

Convert new customers: Create compelling messages and attention-grabbing materials to help the Sales Team convert leads in our core markets and reach new target markets or industries. This can include sales presentations, success stories, flyers, or lead-nurturing emails.
Upsell existing customers: Manage upselling campaigns to convince partners to adopt new solutions or enter new markets. Work with clients’ marketing teams to create joint content, invite them as podcast guests, or inform them of new features in our partner newsletter.
Build partner ecosystem: Test new industries, discover new ways of acquiring partners, and build a community ecosystem of partners.
Manage events: Take responsibility for our event marketing, from partner days to trade fairs like energy exhibitions and our in-house conference, gridXDays.
Conduct research: Perform market research and product trend analysis to stay up-to-date, assist with research for detailed reports, and support teams in aligning user personas and priorities across various markets.
Embrace other tasks: In a small and agile team, everyone also takes on ad-hoc tasks. For you, this may involve press work, developing podcast questions, writing or translating blogs, email marketing, drafting social media posts, or handling product marketing tasks.

You have successfully completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a comparable field.
Ideally, you have experience in a similar role in the B2B/SaaS environment and in the energy sector.
You have worked with social media and design tools and have proven your strengths in content writing, press work, and customer surveys.
Experience with CRM tools and/or analytical tools is a plus.
Your hands-on mentality enables you to develop efficient and practical solutions.
Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively and clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
You have fluent German and English language skills.
