Partner Strategy Director Full Time

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global partner strategy aligned with Genesys’ goals
• Develop and implement joint business plans with partners
• Monitor and optimize Partner Ecosystem mix with Revenue Operations
• Identify industry trends and partners’ objectives
• Develop strategies, GTM models, and incentives for partners
• Design and launch partner incentives to motivate and create demand
• Create enablement strategies for partners to drive Genesys solutions
• Serve as a thought leadership advocate and engage with partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in partner strategy, business development, or alliances in SaaS or tech
• Experience with large, global partners and Global Service Integrators
• Proven track record of successful partner strategies and business growth
• Strong understanding of SaaS models, cloud tech, and partner ecosystem
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making
