Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow partner relationships by increasing referrals to the PursueCare platform.
- Provide ongoing support to active partners and conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
- Drive utilization and train partners’ staff on referring patients through the PursueCare portal and app.
- Build business relationships with prospective partners and secure new referral sources.
- Assist with program implementation and training for new partner launches.
- Share utilization and quality data with partners regularly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve services and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to support new initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of selling/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare settings.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or relevant experience.
- Experience working with providers, medical office staff, or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in substance use disorder treatment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Results-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be a West Virginia (or surrounding state) resident with a valid driver’s license.
