Partnership Project Manager Full Time

Summary:

Skvot, part of Laba Group, a leading EdTech company in Eastern Europe since 2016, seeks a Partnership Project Manager to join its Kyiv-based team remotely. With 1500+ courses and 180,000 students across Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, Skvot focuses on popular culture education. This role drives partner projects, fostering collaboration and innovation in a dynamic, socially responsible environment.

Responsibilities:

• Search for potential partners and communicate with them: from first contact to finalizing agreements.
• Prepare and pitch projects with the team, lead negotiations.
• Fully manage partnership projects: manage teams (5+ people), coordinate contractors and outsourced teams.
• Plan projects: select teams, set timelines, priorities, budgets, prepare briefs and technical specifications, assign tasks.
• Participate in implementation: control quality of materials, presentations, deadlines, join brainstorms, provide recommendations for product improvement.
• Build trusting relationships with partners: daily communication, identify needs and pain points, monitor satisfaction levels.
• Budgeting: create cost estimates, defend budgets, manage payments and documentation, maintain reporting.
• Regularly report to the brand manager and partners, closely collaborate with the brand department, internal agency, and production.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in managing creative or partnership projects.
• Communication skills: ability to negotiate, pitch ideas, find common ground with clients and teams, defend company interests, and resolve disputes.
• Understanding of project management methodologies and planning principles.
• Structured approach and ability to organize work processes.
• Proactivity, initiative, and engagement.
• Skills in creating presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.
• Analytical thinking and risk management skills.
• High responsibility for results—both individual and team.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level (nice-to-have).
• Experience with educational or cultural products (nice-to-have).
