Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of client projects: From initial strategy development to execution.
- Build relationships with clients and deeply understand their projects to craft partnership strategies that help them grow.
- Implement partnership strategies, including developing target lists, doing outreach, and making connections.
- Manage client communications and project updates across clients, internal teams, and partners.
- Utilize tools and processes to manage projects, contacts, and results reporting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or a related field.
- Crypto native with detailed knowledge of the landscape and experience in the industry.
- Proactive in leading conversations, workflows, and identifying next steps.
- Solutions-oriented with the ability to craft solutions to challenges.
- Likable with good energy, low ego, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Nice to have: Experience building your own project, a personal audience, or an agency/consulting background.
