Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of multi-country, multi-year contracts
- Monitor and analyse global funding opportunities
- Support proposal development and multi-country submissions
- Coordinate with country teams to meet contractual requirements
- Support IATI reporting requirements for European donors
- Assist with compliance and due diligence processes
- Support the development of activities and events by the Partnerships Team
- Conduct desktop research and engage with potential new donors
- Assist with preparation and organisation of donor meetings
- Provide support to country programme teams with proposals and reports
- Offer administrative support to the Strategy Department Team
Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification in international relations, development, or social sciences
- Experience working for an international charity, NGO, or international organisation
- Knowledge of European Union institutions, development, and humanitarian policies
- Collaborative working and communication style
- Strong numeracy skills and data analysis skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
- Written and oral fluency in English
- Experience with proofreading and editing professional text
