Responsibilities:
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries.
- Address client concerns and complaints promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of client accounts.
- Attend, present, and coordinate client aging reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs.
- Support proactive client reporting.
