Summary:

• The Payroll Manager for Colombia (LATAM) oversees payroll operations for clients in Colombia and the LATAM region.
• Ensures payroll processing is accurate, timely, and compliant with local laws and regulations.
• Provides exceptional service to clients and addresses payroll-related queries effectively.
• Stays updated on payroll laws in the LATAM region to ensure compliance.
• Assists in implementing new payroll systems and software when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for clients in Colombia and the LATAM region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with all local payroll laws and regulations, including tax filing and reporting.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
• Address payroll-related queries and issues from clients and employees promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve payroll processes.
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients on payroll-related matters and best practices.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations in the LATAM region to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and software as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management within Colombia and the LATAM region.
• In-depth knowledge of Colombian payroll laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
