Summary:
Entersekt is a global leader in digital banking fraud prevention and payment security with 16+ years of experience. The People & Compliance Partner will drive people-centric practices while ensuring compliance, focusing on employee relations, performance management, and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) initiatives in this fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on employee relations and compliance matters
- Manage performance improvement plans and grievance procedures
- Represent company in conduct/incapacity hearings
- Support restructuring initiatives and S189A processes
- Implement B-BBEE strategy and maintain compliance
- Coordinate skills development and socio-economic initiatives
- Develop and implement people-centric programs
- Coach managers on performance management and difficult conversations
Requirements:
- HR/Industrial Psychology degree or equivalent with HR/IR certification
- 5+ years HR experience with 3+ years in labor relations
- Experience with performance improvement and disciplinary processes
- Knowledge of South African labor law and B-BBEE legislation
- Tech-savvy with intermediate Excel skills
- Conflict resolution and coaching skills
- Fintech/SaaS experience preferred
