People Experience Specialist at Go1 Full Time

Job duties/responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to employees on people-related matters
• Work with external payroll providers for accurate and timely payroll
• Enhance communication of people operations processes and policies
• Administer and improve organisation-wide people processes
• Optimise configuration of people systems for efficiency
• Maintain accurate employee records and analyze people metrics
• Develop and maintain up-to-date policies aligned with legislation
• Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in an HR support or Generalist role
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and processes
• Exposure to employment law matters across EMEA
• Fluency in German and English
• Bias for action, sense of urgency, over-communication, attention to detail
