- 7+ years of experience in People/HR roles.
- Proven experience collaborating with line managers.
- Experience in global companies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Desire to improve processes autonomously.
- Experience designing HR policies for startups.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work with data-driven environments.
