Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new hires in a remote work environment
- Execute on long-term project initiatives while balancing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist with the implementation and administration of People programs and policies
- Handle and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Focus on delivering an excellent employee experience for both new and existing team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR/People Operations. Manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Experience supporting organizations in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with Rippling and Workable are a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
