- 8+ years of experience in HRBP functions.
- Deep knowledge of the HRBP function.
- Experience with organizational scaling and design.
- Experience supporting global teams.
- Expertise in change management and leadership coaching.
- Experience building employee relations programs.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional leaders.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Low ego and highly collaborative.
- Proficient in using data to inform business decisions.
- Successful track record in managing performance cycles.
- Experience partnering with leaders across functions.
