People Partner (UK & APAC) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee-related matters.
• Address employee lifecycle challenges and provide guidance.
• Support managers with HR queries and data-driven recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage payroll and benefit approvals for the UK & APAC regions.
• Oversee employment contract preparation and compliance checks.
• Handle parental leave support and maternity risk assessments.
• Guide on immigration and right-to-work compliance.
• Collaborate with the communications team for HR updates.
• Approve ergonomic and workstation requests.
• Assist with in-country ER case management and policy implementation.
• Conduct audits to ensure HR data integrity and accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to global and local compliance standards.
• Lead HR process standardization and automation initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Foster continuous improvement in HR processes and services.

Requirements:

• Significant HR Service Delivery experience in a global business.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant employment laws.
